Yes, but our MOQ varies according to different items. The MOQ for a regular order is 6 cartons per item whereas it depends on the product specifications for an OEM order. |

Yes, our products comply with European safety regulations (i.e., EN71 Part 1, 2, & 3) and ASTM F963-96a Standard Consumer Safety Specification on Toy Safety of USA. Copies of these certificates are available upon requests. |

General artwork requirements for OEM orders |
| Ans: |
For custom designed products (OEM orders), please save your artwork in the following formats and send it to us:
Format: TIFF file (Photoshop) or EPS file, AI file (Illustrator). Additionally save a copy of the fonts in true type (for Mac) provided your artwork contains texts.
Platform: PC or MAC
Colors: CMYK
Sizes of artwork: Same as or larger than those of finished products
Bleeding images / margins for cutting: At least 3-4mm
Resolution: 300dpi or above
Storage Media: MO, ZIP, CD-ROM

* For 2D/3D lenticular products, please also note:
‧Do not fill the transparent area with any color.
‧Do not flatten the layers. |

Sampling: 7-10 business days after artwork confirmation and receipt of tooling charge.
Mass production: 30 days after sample approvals and receipt of full payment.

1. Bulk packaging:
50, 100, or 200 pieces are packaged in a clear poly bag.
2. Individual packaging:
‧Each piece is packaged with a header card in a clear poly bag.

‧Each piece is packaged in a food-graded sealed poly bag. |
